Order Handling Time

Our standard handling time is 1–3 business days. This is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment. It is separate from the shipping time, which begins once your package has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use it on our Track Your Order page to monitor your package in real time.

Please allow up to 48 hours for your tracking information to become active after shipment.

Email us at support@nutrienna.com with your name and order number—we’ll investigate and make it right.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes

Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. boxes. If your shipping address includes a P.O. box and is not eligible, we will contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. For damaged or defective products, contact us promptly with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll assist you right away.

Taxes & Duties

  • United States: Sales tax is calculated and applied at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Other Countries: VAT and other applicable taxes are included in the item price.
  • Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees imposed by their local government.

Lost or Stuck Orders

If your order is delayed, stuck in transit, or lost, we’ve got you covered. All shipments include insurance. We’ll send a replacement package with expedited shipping and tracking if needed.
