At Nutrienna, we are committed to delivering exceptional customer service. To ensure your satisfaction, we offer a comprehensive 30-day warranty and return policy. If your item arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue, you are eligible for a full refund. This does not apply to damages caused by customer mishandling.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can also request a full refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll even cover return shipping costs.

Return Process – Step by Step

1. Contact Customer Service
Submit a ticket via our contact page within 30 days of purchase. Include a clear subject line like "Shipping Damage" or "Quality Issue" and provide a detailed description and, if possible, photos of the issue.

2. Return Approval
Our team will review your case and respond with approval if the issue meets our warranty conditions.

3. Prepare the Return Package
Pack the item in its original packaging and condition. Secure the contents to avoid damage during return transit.

4. Ship the Item
We will send you a pre-paid shipping label. Return the item to:

5. Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Important Notes

  • All return/refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
  • Customer-caused damage is not eligible for return or refund.
